Meet Victoria Reilly of Victoria Reilly Photography

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Reilly.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Growing up in a small beach town, surrounded by family and good friends, I learned the value of a photograph. Being able to look back on a moment of happiness, love or togetherness was something I treasured from a young age.

My passion for photography grew right out of the photo albums tucked under my family’s coffee table. Turning the pages of time, filled with people I love and moments we might have forgotten was and still is, one of my favorite pastimes.

I discovered the school, Hallmark Institute of Photography where I learned many photo techniques and all aspects of the business from renowned photographers. After graduation, I continued to pursue my passion for photography, established my own business, and strive to capture those moments of happiness for others.

Has it been a smooth road?
Of course, there are always challenges when you first start out; Each client, experience, and moment has taught me something new. So many of these lessons have helped me to grow and shape my business over the years and I can only hope for it to continue.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
To capture life the way it happens has always been my goal. I love helping my clients relax, have fun, and enjoy the moments worth treasuring forever.

With a focus on weddings and portraiture where couples are exchanging vows, announcing a newborn, or just spending time with loved ones, I’m thrilled to capture their stories for generations to come.

What sets me apart from other photographers is communication. I focus on creating a relationship with each and every client to learn about their unique story and what is important to them. I make sure to take the time to understand the intricacies of each individual in order to develop a natural comfort between us.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Boston offers a diverse experience that young professionals need in order to help develop their own style. I feel the city and its surroundings create a supportive community that encourages growing businesses, and I feel it’s these ingredients that really help develop and challenge creatives.

  • I offer pricing collections that are customized to each client and their photography needs.
