Meet Nittaya Sirisin of Chaba Florist

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nittaya Sirisin.

Nittaya, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My name is Nittaya. I’m the owner of Chaba florist. I started working here in 2013 and became an owner in 2017 so I have been just about 4 years in the florist business but I’d say I’ve been doing it since as long as I can remember. My grandmother used to have a small stand for selling flowers. As a kid, I love to go to her shop with my mom to see all the flowers she has for sale and help them selling flowers as well sometimes.

I learned a lot about flowers by watching and helping at my grandmother’s shop. It’s fun and relaxing being around flowers, I think they are beautiful. As I grew up I continue to find time to decorate my parents garden and later my own whenever I get a chance. I have lots of experience and gift from my mom and my grandmother. I believe their love of flowers has passed down to me. I hope you can feel it in our arrangements too.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is a misconception that working as a florist is a simple task and take much less effort compared to others which is not true. People usually get to see the arrangements when they are done or while we making them but before that, there is a preparation we need to do before the flowers are ready for arranging. Cleaning up and cutting the stem, removing thorns and foliage to name a few, for each of them.

There are many kinds of flowers and may need to be handled differently so the final arrangement will stay in good shape as long as possible. Everything takes time, experience and a lot of practice to be good and efficient at. We know what we do so you can trust us and we will do our best to deliver.

Please tell us about Chaba Florist.
We design and create arrangements of fresh flowers, bouquet, vase arrangement for all kind of occasions such as birthday, get well wishes, graduation, anniversary, funeral or just because We also do an onsite arrangement for a special event like a wedding, grand opening etc. In addition to small decoration for home or office to brighten up your day. Our flowers can be a gift for any occasions.

Bouquet is more special then we think. Because flowers come in different colors and scents with meaning behind them. Bouquet conveys the feeling from giver through each flower to the one receive it without any word. We specialize in creating a piece with care and attention that conveys the feeling in every bouquet, combine our style to make modern arrangements with delicate Asian vibe mixed in. “This is the feeling, not just a bunch of flowers”. One of our signatures is mini bouquet we tie with ribbon and rope to the main bouquet as to say that we give attention even the small details.

We are proud of creating our identity as a small shop but big in quality and warmth. We want everyone who visited our shop to feel friendliness and relaxing. We make a selection of our customers with great care and smile. The world moving forward every day and so are we, therefore we always keep learning and updating in order for us and our customers to experience and enjoy new things together.
