Meet Carol Lindenmuth of Elliot’s House Pet Care in Downtown Boston

Today we’d like to introduce you to Carol Lindenmuth.

Elliot’s House started when Carol, the founder, adopted Elliot, an American Bulldog, and the company mascot! As a pet parent, Carol knew the challenges of finding reliable and responsible pet care and wanted to change the scene. She had a passion for animals and could empathize with pet owners and their needs. In 2013, Elliot’s House was started as a reliable, professional, and great resource for all pet parents and pets across Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Operating a company in a highly competitive and crowded industry can be ruff (ha ha) but we try to stay on the cutting edge, no bones about it! Pet parents have a huge challenge in selecting a credible company that is a great fit for their pet needs. Thus, we make sure that we provide great services, experienced and trained staff, and have fun while doing it all! We love what we do and the pets we service!

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Elliot’s House Pet Care – what should we know?
Elliot’s House provides a variety of services such as dog walking, boarding, grooming, day boarding, daycare, cat and exotic pet sitting, in-home pet sitting, and pet taxi. We have an amazing team of professional pet care providers that will care and love your pet as much as you do!

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
We have a great network and supportive community behind us that include our wonderful teammates, community partners, and most importantly, our clients. Our clients and pets are the best! They make up the Elliot’s House family and we appreciate that they put their trust and confidence in our ability to care for their pets.
